Shipping & returns
Shipping
Flat $6.99 shipping anywhere in the United States. Orders over $75.00 ship free. We ship to Canada as well; that rate is calculated at checkout.
Orders go out within about three business days. Handmade pieces occasionally take a little longer - if yours will, we will email you rather than leave you wondering. You will get a shipping notice with tracking when it goes.
Returns
If something arrives damaged, or it simply is not what you expected, email us within 14 days at fanstar@gmail.com and we will make it right - a replacement where we can, a refund where we cannot.
Send returns back unused and in their original packaging where possible. For custom and monogrammed pieces we can only accept returns if there is a fault, since we cannot resell them.
Damaged in transit
Ceramics and glass travel as carefully as we can pack them, but accidents happen. Photograph the box and the piece before you unpack it further, send the photos over, and we will sort it out.
Payment
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Card details go straight to them over an encrypted connection - they never touch our server and we never see or store a card number.
