This is a Norcrest Forget-me-not vintage fine china made in Japan. The Norcrest company was founded by a Japanese-American businessman. The cup and saucer has a white background with blue flowers and mossy green leaves . This hard to find teacup would complement any table and add a nice touch to a nice cup of tea. It is a collectible.
